It is inevitable in a team so venerable and popular that we must, on occasion, send a valued friend and colleague to dance beyond this mortal coil. Now, whether they end up with the ice-cream-eating, white-shoe-wearing, clean-song-singing, halo-sporting Lovely Team Beyond, or instead, end up Down There dancing, singing and carousing with most of their friends is not for us to say. But we miss them horribly in either case.
